Mission Statement
I strive to engage you, my client, in a process that is collaborative, and built on trust so that you can fully explore the concerns that led you to seek therapy and feel confident in your ability to meet life and relationship challenges head on. You may seek counseling for a number of reasons: to improve a relationship with your child, with your partner, other key figures in your life, or even with yourself. There is no greater feeling than to truly feel heard and understood. Therefore, my ultimate hope is to create a safe and unconditionally accepting space that allows you to be your most authentic and open self so that you are able to heal the hurts and reclaim the joy within your life.
“Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It's about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”
― Brene Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection
